How to get back on track 💪

Did you over indulge a little more than planned over Christmas? Is your resolution for 2019 to slim down but you’re not sure where to begin? When the festivities are over it can be difficult to get back into an every day routine let alone making drastic changes to your diet alongside this.

We’ve put together our top tips to help make your transition from Christmas celebrations to calorie cutting as easy as possible:

Set small, achievable goals

Larger goals will only overwhelm you and put you off. Breaking your bigger goals up into segments to make them seem more obtainable is much less daunting. Our 2 Week Challenge Pack is perfect for this! As you achieve your smaller goals you will feel able to begin slowly aiming higher and higher until you reach your main goal.

Plan plan plan!

Plan your meals around your schedule for the week. The perfect excuse to treat yourself to a new calendar or diary too! This means that you won’t be caught off-guard with nothing to eat and be tempted by convenient but unhealthy snacking. Our meal replacement products are all easy to prepare in minutes, the meal replacement bars are the best for breakfast on the go.

Avoid temptation

Don’t make sticking to the plan more difficult for by wandering the the shops and risking temptation to treat yourself. Fancy an alternative lunchtime activity? Take a walk around a park – this helps you steer clear of the shops plus burns some extra calories – win win! You can also try out our meal replacement desserts for when that sweet treat evening temptation gets the better of you.

Hâ‚‚O

Drinking more water really is one of the easiest ways to avoid feeling hungry and temptation to snack, especially while following a Diet Now plan. We recommend that you drink at least 2 litres per day in order to feel more full and energised especially while getting back into the swing of things.
